Section 7: Live Articles

How Do I Edit my Live Articles?

  1. Pull up the Login page for Expert Author Account.

  2. Select the Write & Edit tab from the top of the interface.

  3. Select "Published Articles" from the menu on the left. You will see a list of all your published articles. Find the one you wish to edit by locating it on the list or by searching from the search bar

  4. Once you have found the article you wish to edit, click the Article Title and choose "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

  5. Select the part(s) of the article you would like to edit and make your changes. Select "Re-Submit This Article" when you are finished to send the article to our editors, who will review your modifications.

What Happens to my Live Article After I Submit the Recommended Edits?

Every article edit must pass our current Editorial Guidelines. We do not grandfather articles even if your existing one was live for 2 years.

While your modified article (the updated copy of your live article) is being reviewed, your existing article will remain live. If we find that your modified article does not pass our article review, we will notify you via email. This rejection does not affect your currently live article.

Your article modification will remain in your account for 30 days allowing you time to make the recommended changes.

We may choose to remove your live article or place it in problem status if it is in blatant violation of our Editorial Guidelines or provides a poor user-experience.
