I've Forgotten or Need to Reset My Password. Help!

Forgetting a password is more common than you might think. Here is an easy way to get back on track:

  1. Pull up the Login page for Expert Author Account.

  2. Select the blue "Forgot Password?" link.

  3. A box will appear explaining how your password will be reset. Enter the Username and email address you use to log into and select the blue "Reset Password" button.

  4. An email will be sent to your email address explaining how to complete your password reset.

  5. If you have any questions or cannot remember the email address associated with your account, please contact our Member Support Team for assistance.

Keep in mind that this reset is time-sensitive. It is important that you update your password and log into your account with the new password within 24 hours.

I Can't Log In - What Do I Do?

Have you tried clearing your cache? If not, clear it, close your browser and try again.

If this doesn't work, try logging in with a different browser. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Opera are a few browser options that you may try.

How Do I Upload a Photo?

  1. Log into your Expert Author Account.

  2. Select the Profile tab from the top of the interface.

  3. Once in the Profile tab, select "Edit Image" underneath your author name on the left navigation pane.

  4. Select "Upload New Image" to upload a photo from your computer, or you can drag and drop an image into the box on the screen
